Welcome to Equestrian Trade and Business Australia (www.equinebusiness.com.au). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Equine Business Summit and the Equine Business Club offered by Equestrian Trade and Business Australia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership

a. Equine Business Club: Membership in the Equine Business Club is open to individuals and entities engaged in the equestrian trade industry in Australia. Membership benefits include access to exclusive industry insights, networking opportunities, and discounts on Equestrian Trade and Business Australia events and services.

b. Equine Business Summit: The Equine Business Summit is an annual event hosted by Equestrian Trade and Business Australia. Registration and ticketing is required to attend. By registering and purchasing a ticket for the summit, you agree to abide by all summit policies and guidelines set forth by Equestrian Trade and Business Australia.

2. Content and Use

a. Intellectual Property: All content provided through the Equine Business Summit and Equine Business Club, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and discussions, are the property of Equestrian Trade and Business Australia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

b. User Conduct: You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the functioning of the Equine Business Summit or Equine Business Club, or that infringes upon the rights of others.

3. Privacy

a. Data Collection: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

b. Communications: By joining the Equine Business Club or registering for the Equine Business Summit, you agree to receive communications from Equestrian Trade and Business Australia regarding club activities, summit updates, and related information.

4. Limitation of Liability

a. Equestrian Trade and Business Australia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Equine Business Summit or Equine Business Club.

5. Amendments

a. Equestrian Trade and Business Australia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law

a. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Australia.

ETBA X ADS HAUS Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by ETBA in collaboration with Ads Haus.

2. Prize
The winner will receive:

  • One (1) 12-week seat in the Ads Haus Inner Circle Membership, starting May 14th (valued at $2,070 + GST)
  • One (1) Full Access Ticket to the ETBA Equine Business Summit on May 27th & 28th 2026 (valued at $640 incl. GST)

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must reside in Australia
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older

4. How to Enter
To be eligible, entrants must:

  • Complete the full Typeform entry
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions

Incomplete entries will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected

6. Event Attendance

  • The winner is responsible for all travel and accommodation costs associated with attending the ETBA Equine Business Summit
  • No additional expenses are included in the prize

7. Membership Conditions

  • The Ads Haus Inner Circle prize includes one (1) 12-week membership only
  • Access cannot be extended, transferred, or split
  • Access to the Equine Business Summit is valid for the 2026 event only.

8. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time
  • By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications, including but not limited to email, SMS and advertisement from ETBA and Ads Haus (you can unsubscribe from email and SMS at any time).
