Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@equinebusiness.com.au for processing.
Refund Schedule
-
Full Refund (minus 20% processing fee):
Cancellations received on or before June 4th, 2025. -
50% Refund:
Cancellations made between June 5th, 2025 and June 30th, 2025. -
No Refund:
Cancellations made on or after July 1st, 2025.
Transfer of Registration
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing and include the substitute attendee’s details.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the event concludes, using the same payment method as the original registration.
No-Show Policy
Attendees who do not attend without prior written notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. However, the organisers will not be liable for any additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Early Bird Tickets:
Early Bird registrations are non-refundable. Specific conditions may apply at the time of booking. -
Partial Attendance:
No refunds or discounts are available for partial attendance or unused portions of the event. -
Speaker or Program Changes:
Refunds will not be granted due to changes in speakers or agenda. -
Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to follow the event's code of conduct. Breaches may result in removal from the event without refund.
