Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to info@equinebusiness.com.au for processing.

Refund Schedule

  • Full Refund (minus 20% processing fee):
    Cancellations received on or before 1st April, 2026.

  • 50% Refund:
    Cancellations made between April 2nd, 2026 and May 12th, 2026.

  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made on or after May 13th, 2026.

Transfer of Registration

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing and include the substitute attendee’s details.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of request, using the same payment method as the original registration.

No-Show Policy

Attendees who do not attend without prior written notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. However, the organisers will not be liable for any additional expenses such as travel or accommodation.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Additional Terms

  • Partial Attendance:
    No refunds or discounts are available for partial attendance or unused portions of the event.

  • Speaker or Program Changes:
    Refunds will not be granted due to changes in speakers or agenda.

  • Code of Conduct:
    Attendees are expected to follow the event's code of conduct. Breaches may result in removal from the event without refund.

ETBA Workshops 

ETBA Workshops are educational sessions hosted by Equestrian Trade & Business Australia (ETBA) and delivered by experienced professionals and experts in their respective fields. Information shared during workshops is provided for general educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, financial, legal, veterinary or other specialist advice.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Workshop bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled workshop date, as ETBA commits to trainer fees and other event costs in advance.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund of the workshop ticket price.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund. This includes cancellations due to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts or failure to attend the workshop.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may contact ETBA to request that your ticket be transferred to another person, subject to ETBA approval. Transfers must be requested prior to the workshop.

  • If ETBA needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, registered attendees will be offered either a transfer to the rescheduled session or a full refund of the workshop ticket price.

    ETBA reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

    By purchasing a workshop ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
